Furuhaugli lies sheltered on Dovrefjell at 1,007 meters above sea level. The surrounding birch forest creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The site consists of a total of 19 small and large cabins, 6 hotel rooms, 20 caravan pitches, sanitary facilities with kitchen and laundry room, a restaurant with outdoor seating, a fireplace lounge, a brewery, and a slaughterhouse.

In addition to offering food and accommodation, trips are arranged in the surrounding area, providing wonderful nature experiences such as freshwater fishing, canoeing, summit hikes, snowshoeing in winter, and musk ox safaris. Dogs are allowed, and a washing machine is available.
