Østre Aker church is one of the oldest in Oslo, built in 1860. Then it was placed in a farm community. Now it is surrounded by highways, industry, and different neighborhoods. During the summer there will be two different locations where you can stay.
The summer of 2024 the church opened a pilgrim hostel with great success for both guests and hosts. The dormitory is situated in the perish house, but guests are free to visit the church during the stay.
