The place offers a fantastic concept where pilgrims and travelers can find peace, comfort, and welcoming hospitality. The building itself used to be the village’s children’s and youth school. Most of the interior consists of second-hand items creatively combined into beautiful new designs. There is plenty of inspiration and ideas to discover here!

Rosvoll Vicarage

The historic Rosvoll Vicarage, part of the Nordmørs Museums, is about a half-hour walk from the Ecocamp. From the vicarage, you can follow a pilgrim trail up to Rosvollhaugen, which offers a breathtaking view. Read more about Rosvoll Vicarage here.

Eco Camp Norway is a project that is based on recycling. The old school building is repurposed for the hostel, and most of the interior is made of old furniture and things that we often throw away.

On Saturdays, Nestekjærlighet Kafé is open, where you can buy cakes and coffee. Perhaps you’ll become the new owner of a treasured item from the second-hand shop? You might even find something special to give to someone you care about. There’s plenty of wonderful things to explore here.
