Bryhni Søndre is a historic farm where the main house and kårbolig were built between 1754 and 1756. The farm is founded on the remains of a medieval farm with a settlement dating back to approx. 500 BC. The farm has been restored according to antiquarian principles and received the Olavsrosa from Norwegian Cultural Heritage in 2010. In 2025 it received the National Heritage Society's National Conservation Award with honorable mention. For history buffs, there is a small farm museum with artifacts related to the farm's history.
