About the Pilgrim Hostel at Lian Gård

The Pilgrim Hostel, also called "Våningshuset" at Lian Gård, has facilities spread over two floors. The accommodation is unmanned with the possibility of self-check-in and check-out, with the possibility of good self-catering. The code for the key box at the front door is provided upon confirmed booking. 

1st floor: 1 bedroom with 4 beds, living room, kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower. 

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 8 beds where the largest room can be combined with a living room, kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower. 

Other facilities in the house 
shampoo, conditioner and soap, coffee and tea, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, hob, oven, washing machine and shoe dryer. There is access to an outdoor toilet in the outdoor area. 

Payment
We use the payment solution Pay By Link, which will be included as a link our reply email. Final confirmation of the booking occurs when payment is made. You will then also receive a code for the door.

For group bookings of 4+ people

Please contact us by email to arrange a price. Group participants will be allocated to available beds in the assigned rooms.

Cancellation or changes: All cancellations must be made in writing to ensure predictability and limit the financial risk for both parties. Conditions for cancellations: If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If canceled later than 48 hours before the agreed arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the room price.

Breakfast
We can offer breakfast delivered to your door for NOK 99. This must be pre-ordered.

The breakfast package consists of freshly baked bread with cheese, ham, and greens - two sandwiches. Then there is delicious orange juice and a really good "småttåbåttå" - it's a sour cream bun - similar to a Berliner bun and dipped in sugar and cinnamon - which can be enjoyed with the coffee also available at Pilegrimsherberge.

House rules
No use of own sleeping bag and/or own bed linen. Pets not allowed.

Accessibility 

Lian Gård is located about 8 km from the center of Trondheim city. You can easily get to and from the location with the city's own tram; Gråkallbanen, and Våningshuset at Lian Gård is only 200 meters from the terminus at Lian. The tram departs to and from Trondheim city center and Lian every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening. The Pilgrim Hostel at Lian Gård is the last accommodation along Gudbrandsdalsleden on the way to Nidaros Cathedral and Trondheim city.
