“Rodestein” at Sogn
Situated along Gudbrandsdalsleden
A “rodestein” is a stone that marked the end of a section of a road in which whoever was in charge was to maintain.
This “rodestein” was found during work on the pilgrim route. The stone is small and inconspicuous, but the beautiful inscription is still partially visible.
