Tankeplass "Ritualer"

"Rituals" is a landscape artwork designed as a bonfire site and a water installation by Einafjorden. The bonfire site consists of a bench made of rammed earth and stone mosaic. The water installation is a lever arm for a brass basin that can be used as a shower/water bowl. The title "Rituals" refers to various needs for rest, recreation, socializing, and reflection—values that are also associated with the pilgrimage route.

Adjacent to the artwork, there is also a lean-to, an outdoor toilet, and a rest bench. Here you can take a shorter or longer stop, go for a swim, or pick blueberries for lunch. It is located close to the road, bus stop, and parking area. A good starting point for a day trip from one Thought Place to another? It is a nice day hike both to "Roten" (Gran) and to "Enmannsstien" (Østre Toten) from here.
