A classic Norwegian outdoor toilet can be found near the cabins. Here there is also a table tennis table available and we have some bicycles that can be borrowed. Outside there is a bench and dining table, and a fireplace where you can barbecue. There is also a swimming area in the river "Nævra" 7 minutes walk from the cabins.

There is a tent site near the cabins and the fire pit outside. The place is easiest to reach from the cycle route for St. Olavsleden, while it is just over 3 km by road from the hiking route for St. Olavsleden at Follabrua. It is 2 km by road from the hiking route for Romboleden.

Torstjønna Pilgrim Farm is best suited for those who want to be close to nature and thrive on a simple standard of accommodation. Here it is a good idea to add an extra day of rest to recover before arriving at Nidaros Cathedral.

Torstjønna has been inhabited since the 1700s, and is mentioned in a mention of the ironworks in Mostadmarka in Hommelvik.
