When you wander along the pilgrim trail from Munkeby to Markabygda, the landscape opens up as you decent down the mountain side. The farm, Troset, is one of the oldest settlements in the village, with a restored farmhouse from 1780. The farm is still in full operation and in summer you can meet grazing goats and cows. Ancient tradition and wisdom meets modern thoughts and farming.
Accommodation in old farm house "granny house" and a small cabin "the barbecue hut". The prices vary with the seasons.
Self catering. Shared shower and WC. Bring a sleeping bag. Internet. Blankets, sheets, towels can be rented. Dry food and dinner can be arranged if booked in advance.
