Bergen Regional Pilgrim Center

Bergen Regional Pilgrim Center is one of four regional pilgrim centres along the Kystpilegrimsleia coastal trail. The centre facilitates assistance and support for pilgrims, businesses, organisations and stakeholders in the five southernmost key places in Vestland county.

The Pilgrim Centre is located right across the street from St. Mary’s Church in Bergen. Are you wondering what a pilgrim is, who can go on a pilgrimage, why so many people travel as pilgrims, or where you can go on pilgrimage journeys—or is there anything else on your mind regarding pilgrimages? Feel free to drop by for a chat! We are open most weekdays (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM). 

 

The five key places with which the pilgrim center in Bergen have special responsibility for cooperation and coordination are:
