Day 1 (22.5 km) Son - Ås
This stage starts from Son Kulturkirke through scenic countryside and along gravel roads. A milestone will eventually tell you the kilometres you have left to Nidaros and to Santiago de Compostela. Continue the pilgrim path to Vestby Church, a neo-Gothic church from 1886. The trail then continues through a beautiful cultural landscape and large fields in the direction of Ås. Arriving in Ås, the trail passes the university park, take your time to enjoy the park before you continue to Ås Church.

Day 2 (17 km) Ås- Oppegård
The first part of this stage has quite a long stretch of asphalt and you will walk alongside Lake Årungen. You can eventually take a short detour from the trail for to visit Nordby Church. Then the trail continues over the Leonardo da Vinci bridge, a bridge that is buildt by an Norwegian artist after inspiration from da Vinci, into Nøstvedtmarka. When you walk through this area you will have many opportunities to take a rest before a hillier terrain starts.
The trail continues through forest and an old cultural landscape, where there have previously been tenant farms. The destination for this stage is Oppegård and Korsveien Pilgrim Hostel, a small farm that has been a tenant farm and a shuttle station.

Day 3 (16,5 km) Oppegård- Oslo
Today's stage continues from Korsveien Pilgrim Hostel on Kongeveien until the trail turns to follow Oldtidsveien, an old road. Written sources from the 1600s tells us that the Oldtidsveien was part of the main road into Oslo at that time. Along the trail is the King's Table - an old resting place, described by Bishop Jens Nilssøn at the end of the 1500s.
The trail continues through hiking areas and built-up areas before it eventually passes Nordstrand Church and continues through Ekeberg park with its exciting and beautiful sculptures. From the park, the trail continues to the Memorial Park and at the entrance to the ruins of St. Hallvard's Cathedral you will find the famous Milestone Stone 643 km towards Nidaros. You have reached your destination for this stage.
Accommodation:
There are several accommodations to choose betweeen in Oslo.
