Grønn = Enkel

Blå = Middels

Rød = Krevende

Svart = Ekstra krevende

Day 1 (22km) Sarpsborg - Råde

From Sarpsborg church, follow the path across the square towards Tune church. Further on the trail, the historical traces are dense with traces from the Bronze and Iron Ages. Make a short detour from the trail for a visit to the Opstad burial site from the Bronze Age, and continue onto Gamle Kongevei (the old king's road). Here you will eventually pass an Olav's spring. Follow Gamle Kongevei and then the county road until Solli church is located by a beautiful oak grove. Continue on the trail to Soli Brug - Northern Europe's largest sawmill in the 1800s - today a great art gallery with café.

From here, you continue along the river Ågårdselva, and follow the signs towards Råde. The trail continues on a path and gravel road and eventually you will cross the highway E6. Just before Råde church there are beautiful stone rings and a burial ground with round mounds. This day ends at Råde church, a medieval church from 1185.

Day 2 (21,5 km) Råde – Moss

From Råde church, the trail eventually follows the railway track in the direction of Rygge. From Rygge station you can see Rygge medieval church up on a hill. The trail continues through exciting and varied terrain with a lot of history. The many cultural monuments in the area testify to the fact that the area has provided good living and growth conditions for people for over thousands of years. One of the finest gold finds in the Nordic countries from the Viking Age, the gold spur, was found here.

The trail continues through Telemarkslunden, a protected nature reserve with beech forest and burial grounds.
